What Is IT that I Do?
Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative and interactive process in which a coach helps others achieve their health and wellness goals by providing positive guidance, insightful science-based education, compassionate support, and continued motivation.
Through guided discussion, we will identify areas that you wish to improve upon, assess the key pillars of health, and incorporate the practice of lifestyle medicine for optimal wellbeing - from stress management, sleep, nutrition, movement as medicine, relationships and work-life balance.
My aim is that you find this process supportive, informative, transformative, and fun! And that you conclude our time together with a renewed confidence in your ability to achieve your goals and maintain a healthier and happier way of life.

1:1 Coaching
1:1 sessions are 50 minutes and conducted virtually over video call, phone or in person, if location permits.
6 Week Kick Start
Weekly 1:1 sessions over the course of 6 weeks. Kick start your health journey with a full assessment, identifying and addressing key concerns and aspects of wellness and starting the pathway to healing and achieving your goals.
Monthly Package
Sign up for a monthly package that allows for weekly 1:1 sessions that keep you on track with your goals. Recommended after the 6 week kick start.
Education
Teen and Parent
Book a group session with friends, family or colleagues, where you can learn about key aspects of health and develop self-care tips. Collaborate together and interact with me as you start your wellness journey.
These sessions provide education and guidance on how to create healthy habits that promote strength and resilience and protect mental, emotional and physical health during these crucial teenage years and beyond.
